“My name is Wendy and I am a longtime member and avid lover of hot yoga and your studio in Pickering. I am a busy mom, juggling two professions (registered nurse and real estate professional), rescuer of dogs, owner of a horse and manager of two properties.
I have struggled with Crohn's Disease since I was 18 (now in my 50's) and other autoimmune disorders. I had a bad accident 20 years ago and injured my neck and since then have battled migraine headaches more often than not. I wanted to let you know that yoga changed my life. It helps me tremendously physically, not to mention mentally and spiritually. It is not uncommon for me to start a class in pain and leave pain free after the hour. I practice yoga often 5 days a week and really notice a difference in my health when I miss a few classes. “
